Asheville Winter Elopement| North Carolina Elopement Photographer

The underlying theme of this elopement was, essentially, “ The Quiet Beauty of the Mountains in Winter.” That being said, Kelly and Mark wanted to emphasize how gorgeous our WNC mountains are, even in the heart of our bleak winters. Our colors were deep and rich, mainly centered around dark red, as a nod to the Christmas season. They also brought in the muted greens and earth tones that are often overlooked this time of year, but are lovely, nonetheless. Since Kelly and Mark are both Christians, they had a religious ceremony, and recognized their marriage as a sacred covenant before God. They also made sure, as stated above, to emphasize the natural beauty that exists in God’s creation, and let it be the main decorator for their big day!
