This Asheville, North Carolina wedding was so much fun! Jessica and Albert traveled all the way from Baltimore, Maryland to get married in Asheville. We definitely had a dream team of vendors for their wedding!

Jessica and Albert met by just running into each other at different places in Baltimore since they only lived 2 miles from each other back then!

Last month I took a trip to Burlington, Vermont with my family. My brother will be attending the University of Vermont in the fall and so we visited Burlington that way he could go to his college orientation. I enjoyed having him show me around the town. Here are a few photos from our trip!

Ashley and Alex’s engagement session was one of my favorite sessions that I have done so far. We went to different places all over downtown Asheville. We went to the place they had their first date and some of their special places to hangout in Asheville. We also ate tacos at their favorite taco place in downtown!

Josh graduated from Appalachian State with two degrees in Broadcasting and Math. I have known Josh for the past two years because he has worked as a broadcaster for WASU with my boyfriend Christian. I’m so proud of you Josh for graduating from Appalachian State. Good luck in Charlotte!!

I have known these boys since they were in elementary school. It has been amazing to watch them grow up. I ran cross country with them when I was a senior and they were freshmen. I am so proud of each one of them for growing up to be the men that they are today. Congrats to Andrew, Brandon, David and Hayden for finally graduating from Flowery Branch High School!!!

I did an engagement session with Brenna and Doug back in May and they brought their sweet little girl Kinsley. I have been wanting to photograph Toccoa Falls for over two years now and I am so glad I had the opportunity to photograph these three there. Kinsley loved the water and the dirt so you definitely can tell she loves nature as much as her parents do!!

This Chapel Hill DIY Wedding happened back last October. The wedding took place at the Bride’s parent’s house in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The ceremony was outside in a field behind the house which is near an old dairy farm and the reception was under a huge shed that had wood, old farm tools, and other rustic elements hanging around. All the decorations for the wedding were DIY projects that Whitney and her mom created.

I adventured around Charleston after my Aunt’s funeral. I took my boyfriend Christian along with me because he had actually never been to Charleston.

Back in October I second shot a wedding for Jordan G Photography at Warehouse 18 in Hickory, North Carolina. Becca and Kyle’s favorite holiday is Halloween so they decided they wanted to their wedding to be a Halloween theme. They had all types of Halloween decorations and an amazing spider cake.
